The Repeater has been licensed, and we are sourcing equipment on our limited, nonexistent budget so that we have both 144 MHz and 430 MHz repeaters operational on-site.
2M or 144Mhz repeater will be a FM repeater running Allstarlink to allow for internet connection as well as local repeater functionality.
70cm or 430MHz repeater will be an MMDVM-based repeater that will be set up for P25 and DStar, but will have the capability for all the Digital Modes.
We also aim to have an APRS iGate positioned on-site when funds allow.
The highest cost for these repeaters is the 2M Cavity Filters required for the 600Hz frequency separation. These can run into the thousands.
