The club locally in South Western Sydney is getting involved with a group to participate in JOTA 2020 16th to 18th October, this year and our club callsign has been approved by ACMA, just awaiting for it to be granted as it has been paid.
VK2SHD will be on the air with a single HF station, DStar, C4FM, P25, DMR, Allstarlink, Echolink & IRLP if everything goes to plan.
Looking at onsite activities as well such as Fox Hunt, Satellite contacts and other things to help the scouts get their communications badge in each level.
We will have plenty of options to ensure that we can communicate around the world as well as locally.
